Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

excellent customer service

I have been an Admiral Client for around 3 years, and fortunately had had no need to claim on either Home or Car policy. During this time I have found Admiral friendly and easy to deal with. Their Customer Services have dealt quickly and efficiently with my queries regarding renewal prices, and have always been able to find acceptable solutions to my questions. Having not made any claims, I am not able to comment on the way they would be handled, but see no reason to believe that the normal efficient and sympathetic approach I have experienced in my dealings with Admiral would not be applied, should I have need to do so. Overall a good experience, and I will continue to insure with them in the future if they maintain their current high standards Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
