Anyone I've spoken to has come across as being really genuine and nice. Love the ability to chat to someone online through text. Sometimes easier than calling especially if you are busy or at work. My renewal quote for this year was cheaper than anywhere else so I'm staying put! Plus they gave me £25 back due to lockdown! Love them Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
