Easy breezy online service

Found the online service portal to be very good. I was able to claim for a new windscreen within minutes after a minor chip turned in to a crack! The online platform has a great layout so finding documents is not hard. When I first signed up via a price comparison website there was an error on my insurance history and this was investigated and sorted very quickly. The agent at hand for this issue was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recomend this insurance company to anyone especially young drivers. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
