Been with Admiral a number of years

Been with Admiral for a number of years, always received great customer service and not huge waits on their phone lines. The big annoyance is their pricing, huge rises on renewal letters, yet contact them and they reduce it or match a competitor no problem. Just give me the cheaper price in the first place! Good

Never had an issues with Admiral. When it came to renewal, my renewal price was initially higher than the previous year. Phoned up and spoke to a lady who managed to reduce it without any haggling, so renewed for another year! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
