Thieving insurance company

In the early part of the year my son was driving my car under his insurance policy when he was involved in a minor accident. We sorted out the claim via his own policy who said they’re happy to cover all costs. Next thing I know admiral has stolen all of my NCD saying there was a claim against me. Not happy I phoned them and explained that no claim was being made against the car or me, they said “well the claim will stay against me until claim was settled” I now have a letter saying that claim has been settled and my NCD is returned but they haven’t reduced my premiums. Thieving insurance company doubled my premiums and now refuses to return my money. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
