Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Very happy with the service

I have been with Admiral for around 9 years now. I have multi car insurance cover and last year added my home insurance. My only quibble is that when I receive my renewal notice The cost has increased greatly. As a loyal customer in my 10th year this should be recognised and be noted in the renewal. Having said this each year when I get my renewal notice through I phone up and customer service is very good and they always reduce the price. This still doesn’t alter the fact that as a loyal customer the deductions should already have been added to my account. I would also like to say that having made a claim on my daughters car a few years ago - this was dealt with very professionally without any difficulties to ourselves. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
