Not customer focused - do things on their own time

It took about 3 weeks to open an account. I had to chase 4 times for this to happen. The staff are responsive enough, but you need to chase them to do things if they have not done it in the time they promised. I just want to open the account and then will have very little dealings with the staff, just a shame they add almost no value to the process at all. Reviewed on: 16th May 2017
