Very nearly perfect

Excellent customer service during the 3 times I rang in. I spoke to the same lady twice who was so lovely and informative. Another man was but he then did not call me back to put through my payment for the policy when he said he would. Neither did he email me details when he said he would. I told the lady when I rang back and she really made up for this. Reviewed on: 4th August 2020
