Excellent customer service

Having had my home insurance with SAGA for a number of years, I find the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable and do not make you feel rushed when dealing with any enquiries, nothing is too much trouble. This is a very rare occurrence in today's society, where everything is carried out online or at a very fast pace. Well done SAGA, continue to keep doing as before. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020
