Review of the Protect Line, Life and Health Insurance Broker:

Excellent service

I had previously talked with my mortgage broker about life insurance but felt confused and found it a bit pricey for my age and circumstances. I saw an add for protect line and asked for a call back. They called back the next working day and were so helpful and reassuring. They explained everything over the phone in detail and answered all my questions in an understanding manner no matter how crazy I sounded! I had a little issue with being approved for critical illness but whilst we were waiting for the first company to look into it more the manager called me back and looked at alternatives and actually found a cheaper one incase the first fell through. I decided to wait as I didn't want to go through all the questions again and it all came good in the end with the first company and I was happy to proceed. I was kept in the loop and they provided me with names and numbers for the people I spoke to specifically if I had any more questions or needed advice. I've already reccomened them to my mum who is also looking for life cover! Reviewed on: 5th August 2020
