Easy application and transparent terms.

It was easy to navigate the website and apply. Plata is very open with their terms and conditions. The decision to acceptance was relatively quick and once the offer was accepted and the terms agreed, the money was in my account the next working day. i cannot comment in their customer service as I haven’t encountered a physical conversation, however the contact details are readily accessible and their number is free to call. Very Loyal

After being recommended by friends, I do worry about my Dachshunds health and the inevitable health decline, but Bought By Many are very much all ears when it comes to customer service. I opted in to receive emails, and I’m glad I did as Bought By Many have sent updates on additional information- and with my policy, I have opted for the cover which has a virtual bet on hand 24/7. Albeit a high £ insurance premium, I believe that the reassurance is absolutely priceless. 5 stars & thank you. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
