Excellent company, fair and easy to deal with

The cover offered is thorough and fairly priced - and if your dog has had a health issue 2 years + ago it does not count as pre-existing, unlike many other companies. I had to make a fairly big claim 4 weeks after taking out my policy after my dog had an accident whilst on holiday in Spain - there was no problem and the claim was paid quickly. 8 months later I had to make a much bigger claim for a new health issue which was also dealt with quickly and fairly.
