Could just concentrate on caring for my puppy

My puppy was knocked down in May. It was touch & go if she’d make it. But BBM just let me concentrate on caring for my puppy, not worrying about paperwork, or making a claim difficult. They dealt with my vet and everything was both smooth & stress free. Yes you have to have the insurance in the first place & I've had lots of JRT’s all living long healthy lives but Mané was the first to be insured. It saved her life & made an otherwise unbearable situation have light at the end of tunnel. I can’t praise them enough. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
