Absolute delight to deal with!

After only being with BBM for a few weeks I had to make a claim. My puppy ingested human medication and needed vet care. In the back of my mind I was concerned about the bill mounting up and the fact I had heard other companies could be a nightmare to deal with for trying to claim Money back. I needn't have worried. I submitted my claim and BBM were a delight to deal with. They contacted the vets directly and got all the information on my girls condition and approved her claim straight away and the money was in my account within a week.
