Tbh the price was excellent and booking it easy , but my experience with staff trying to sort out what to do after our Cruise started badly with a hospital trip and trying to claim ( which still isn't resolved ) has been very poor. In allclear's defence the claims handlers have changed which for them can only be good news !.Would I use the again...depends on price and claim being resolved. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Excellent policy

Bought this insurance for my dog ,unfortunately had to make a claim. The procedure was quick n easy and the staff helpful. They have many different options for the level of insurance you may want all explained comprehensively thats why i chose them....and will renew again. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
