Caring, understanding and value for money

We changed our pet insurance over a year ago, in that time we have had a skin tag removal for our flattie and lost our elderly mog, Mrs B. On both occasions the customer service provided has been amazing, simple to understand and have left us feeling very reassured. The emotional support alone I was given when I reported Mrs B's passing was thoughtful and considerate. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
