Brilliant customer service

I did my Rotweiller puppy insurance on line and then about a week later we had a renewal for or german shepherd from another company it was much more expensive and for less cover. I rang up bought by many and had her added onto my puppy's insurance for only a little more. Everything was explained very clearly over the phone and email came straight away.
