Reasonable cost and easy claims process

Recently had to make a claim. No long complicated paper form to fill in with endless details that you've already provided. A quick simple to fill in web form and within minutes your claim is on it's way. BBM handle all the contacting your vet. You are kept informed along the process; if BBM don't hear from your vet they alert you so you can chase them. Within a couple of weeks the money was in my account. A breath of fresh air when compared to my previous insurer who could take months and several phone calls to complete a payment, and charged twice the premium. WOuld thoroughly recommend BBM.
