Best for multi cat too

I have 8 cats, yes 8! Changing them over to bought by many has meant I can take out life cover without is bankrupting me! I have saved £2700 are yr by switching to bbm. Also the app where you can get a video vet appointment for free is such an amazing reassurance, I haven’t need to use it yet but I feel I could. I have had to speak to customer services a few times just to answers some queries I had and even in the current pandemic when staff numbers are generally lower and call centres stressed, they have always been polite, I have not felt rushed and they have always given me time to ask at times stupid question and they explain things in plain English without me feeling patronised. They are so good and I am just about to renew for another year as my policy increase was very small. It makes so much difference working with an insurance company that you feel they have your and your pets best interests at heart. They really do feel like animal lovers and that makes a difference to me personally. I haven’t needed to claim yet but it looks really a straight forward Process to do through the app. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
