Just brilliant

Our puppy kept getting ill in her first 6 months with us. We were back and forth to the vets having all sorts of tests, but BBM were so good. We just told them the dates of the visits and they did all the work contacting the vet before paying out. We received regular updates on how our claim was going and when they were going to pay out. I couldn’t be happier with their service especially being a first time dog owner, it was so nice to have the reassurance that we needed. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
