Miles ahead of the others

I’ve been with them for a decade now. Nothing but good stories to share. Customer service goes above and beyond to help you out. If you ask a question they answer in plain English. The accounts they offer meet my needs perfectly. If I had to say one thing they could improve it would be the lack of cash deposits at the post office. This would be really convenient if they could add it, especially since they don’t yet have branches covering the entire country. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

No other bank comes close!

I've been with Metro Bank for many years now and have always been nothing short of delighted with their offering. Everything is quick, easy and simple. If you need to get in touch you can either go in and see them even on a Sunday, or call them up where they are happy to go above and beyond for you. If only they would move a little further north and open up a few more stores so I could ditch my other account that I have to keep solely for depositing cash and cheques when there isn't a location nearby. Easy, convenient, affordable.

Veygo has been a fantastic option to help me get out and about, either when borrowing a car from friends and family, or when wanting to get a good deal on car rental. The service is very quick and easy to use, and at an affordable price. Customer service is all UK based and have been friendly and helpful on the rare occasion that I needed to speak to them.
