Bought by many having been amazing!

I've been with BBM for about 18 months now. They were great last year when I needed to claim, and so when my dog was unfortunately diagnosed with lymphoma on February, I was reassured already that I'd have no problems with insurance. I've ended up claiming almost weekly for his chemotherapy courses, and BBM have paid out really quickly, and whenever I talk to them they take the time (even in the middle of a pandemic!) to ask how he's doing and genuinely seem interested. They've been a massive weight off my shoulders knowing we've got such a great insurance policy to be able to get him as many tests and treatments as he needed. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
