Keep Promises

On taking out Susan's policy (cat) I was advised if no claim in first year a % of premiums would be paid back. I promptly forgot and had a pleasant surprise one year later when money landed in my bank account. I've since had to make 1 small claim which was actually less than the £70 excess I had opted for. I had forgotten about this but after the very easy on-line claims process it was successful. Although I wasnt paid anything it is confirmed if Susan has the same issue I think within a year my excess is only £11 now before insurance will pay out. Hope fully she doesn't need it but worth claiming even if bill is below excess. On occasions I have phone due to me being a bit of a technophobe excellent friendly service!
