Poor experience: would not use HF appointed surveyor EVER

Poor quality job and service: absolutly no urgency in the repair by HF appointed surveyor or their " friendly" approved building contractor who subbed out the job . Thank god I wasn't paying the bill for the schedule of works detailed and "carried out". Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Claims Team I say: 3-5 days to RESPOND to an email , in a nut shell piss poor , you don't need awards you need more staff Reviewed on: 9th August 2020
