Unauthorised cancellation of policy

Cancelled my policy without concept when I thought it was active resulting in me driving my car insured for 3 week. Luckily they admitted error and insured me retrospectively but not impressed. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Good for first year then expect huge increases

Huge increase in pricing after first year. Try to claim that a sprained paw in a cat was a chronic issue. A sprain is an acute injury that resolves. Doesnt mean a chronic issue and never allow further treatment to a separate issue in that area Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Excellent reasonable insurance

Whilst I have not had to use it yet, the additional extras they provided such as FirstVet subscription have been very helpful. Reasonably priced too. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020
