Helpful when the chips are down

I know The Coop has had bad press recently but they helped me out when i found myself in dire straits, the staff were very helpful, they listened to the trouble i seemed to have got into when my husband became ill and had to give our business up because of it. We found ourselves in a bit of a pickle. The advice we got saved us from the baliffs, and they supported us through the bad financial times, which took the stress off me while caring for my husband.
