Simply the best

I used another company who I had to take to the Ombudsman twice to get paid on valid claims. I have a new cat and now use Petplan. My cat developed diabetes and Petplan has covered all treatment (bar excess) usually within a week of submitting claims. Excellent service and I recommend them at every opportunity.
