Incredible insurer, first class service and lovely honest people!

We opted for Waggel as it seemed like a decent insurer but you never for sure until you need them most. Naturally we thought that we’d never need it but sadly our puppy developed a condition which needed an op and he had complications and infection post-surgery. The vet bills spiralled and our pup only just made it though. We expected the insurance claim to be a stressful part of the process but they made it so simple and straightforward, giving friendly and compassionate service to really re-assure us and let us focus on our poorly pup.
