Review of the MotoNovo, Car Finance:

Terrible

I took out car finance for a lovely fiesta that had previously been written off but repaired to a very high standard. I waited for over an hour at the car sales place as motonovo's computer system was down. Ok, these things happen. The finance all went through and away I went in my car. A week later the car sales company contacted me to say I had to return the car as motonovo would not pay out finance on this car due to its previous damage. They had been told all about this before agreeing the finance and all the contracts had been signed and sealed. i did return the car and had no other choice but to take further finance with these people to get a different car or I would have been left with no car at all. If i had had the option, I would have run for the hills! I would not recommend this company to anyone. They caused a lot of upset for me and they the left the car sales company to deal with me which was very very unfair to a company with a good reputation and honest traders. I'm not sure what they did was intirely legal but with a full time job and a mother in hospital I did not have the time or inclination to chase them. I am very happy with the car I have now as the car sales company did me a good deal - it is no thanks at all to motonovo. Please think carefully before entering into contracts with these people that's all I can say. Reviewed on: 7th June 2017
