Excellent Claims Service

After many years of not having a need to make a claim, we have unfortunately, had to make 3 claims recently for two of our dogs. The whole process was so simple and easy with the claim being settled quickly. I was told years ago (by a chartered insurer), that you can only tell how good an insurance company is when you have to make a claim. Based on this advice, these guys are outstanding. I would not consider anyone else, they might be a bit dearer, but you get what you pay for and we have had experience with cheaper companies in the past wriggling out of paying the claim.
