Incredibly helpful staff

I took out a loan with Ferratum which I was then unable to pay back as originally arranged. The lady I spoke to on live-chat was so helpful, and very understanding considering my situation. I now have a new and affordable payment plan. I would say this is a clear indicator of their ethics regarding responsible lending. Reviewed on: 8th June 2017
