My son and I have 4 pets insured with the Insurance Emporium. I have been with this insurer for 4 years. I have had to claim for 3 pets over this time - one pet has ongoing treatment for lameness which includes physiotheraphy and acupuncture, I have always received prompt reimbursement direct into my bank account for this treatment. Another pet has over active thyroid for which he has tablets and again I receive prompt reimbursement direct into my bank. Another pet sadly passed away earlier this year. I received a lovely letter from the insurers sympathising with my loss and they very quickly refunded the latest monthly premium for this pet and once again reimbursed me very quickly for the treatment he had.
