First class supportive insurance

My daughter has had her insurance with insure the box since passing her test. The system to set up the insurance was simple & as my daughter suffers from anxiety we arranged for me to deal with any affairs on her behalf which was so helpful. Sadly she had a very bad accident in February which has been dealt with so well. I found out about the accident by txt from the black box & was on the road to find her before she was even conscious. ( fortunately I knew her route & roughly where she would be) Nothing has been too much trouble. Again I was fully able to deal with everything which was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately the accident was deemed as her fault although the other driver did say he was going incredibly slowly on the motorway ( wish I had recorded him) . Since then everything was taken care of by the claims department even down to a letter to university to help my daughter get a deferral due to her injuries. Our side of the claim was completed & paid out very quickly & to be honest we were more than shocked & really, really happy with our settlement. This was my daughters second year with the company totally her choice. She decided to stay with ITB because she felt safe with them. The black box wasn’t an issue for her. Even when she accidentally ended up on the motorway for the first time ( whoopsie) we received an email on best practices & help to support new drivers on the motorway. Her renewal this year wasn’t horrendous given that she’s had a massive, ongoing claim & replaced her car with a more expensive & more powerful car. I’ve been so impressed with ITB & always recommend to friends with teenaged drivers. Thanks ITB! Reviewed on: 18th August 2020
