Not easy enough

Not easy enough to have to deal with a claim when already a stressful time. Having to pay upfront then claim back when my pet is having multiple appointments is awkward and confusing. Also not clear enough in the policy that there are maximums to claims ie, emergency appointments and hospitalisations. My other insurance for a different pet is far easier to deal with, no supposed over maximums and they pay vet directly so I only pay my excess.
