Quick and efficient

I had an excellent experience when making a claim for my cat. I was contacted by email as soon as they had received the claim form from the vets. Within just 5 days I had another email telling me that the claim was complete and the money in its way to my bank. The amount was what I was expecting so there were no nasty surprises in the terms and conditions, which I have experienced with other companies. The whole thing went so quickly and smoothly. Sadly my cat passed away and I received an email offering their condolences and telling me that my policy was automatically cancelled so I didn't have to worry about sorting that out.
