Not great value for Pet Insurance

I recently submitted a claim for treatment of our pet and the claim was handled well but a mistake was made paying the money to our bank account and I had to chase them for payment; it was then received a week later. It was a very high excess (£115 + 5% of vet's fees) so I'll be looking for something better next time. Reviewed on: 7th September 2020
