Reliable and supportive

Although I've been unable to take a holiday for several years, I do still have my caravan, so that my daughter and her family are able to use it whenever they wish. In my own experience, though, the Caravan Club's insurance cover is reliable and supportive, as on the occasion when we returned from holiday in Spain, only to discover a damaged wheel and flat tyre as we prepared to disembark from the ferry at Portsmouth. A phone call to the Club resulted in our being escorted from the ferry by the Club's repair team, and led to a safe area just beyond the port, where the necessary repair was effected within minutes. It was an enormous relief to be able to drive the 300 miles back home with peace of mind. Reviewed on: 20th August 2020
