Quick and fuss free claim

Our pup Ted had a severe infection in his tail, which had been missed by our regular vet. It involved a second opinion from another vet, who saw him at the end of a working day; they managed to stabilise him but he needed monitoring overnight in another 24 hr Pet hospital with surgery carried out the next day. Both claims totalled £2000+. Separate claims were made, via a simple form and both paid within 10 days without a single query or objection. Outstanding service and process.
