Excellent, personal and online banking service

I have been using Nationwide for years now, and find the FlexDirect account easy to use, the online banking is very accessible with an easy-to-use interface that has excellent security. There are still branches near to where I live, so I am able to speak directly to someone in person, should I need to. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Excellent advice and even after a decent renewal had been agreed, they came back when there were changes in the interest rates, with a better deal. We didn’t have to do anything. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
