Customer service were amazing! Really responsive, completely thorough in their reply and fast to respond. So easy and stress free

I was initially reluctant to use because it wasn’t a ‘big-name’ provider. However the quote for our last holiday was too good to pass on (especially since we needed insurance for my elderly mother and my son with health problems). I got in touch to double check some details and the person who dealt with us was really helpful and explained the policy clearly. Very reassuring. We then had to change the policy after the collapse of Thomas Cook and they made it really easy and went through our options.
