Good variety of cover

They have a level of cover that will suit pretty much all needs. Simple online purchase. Yet to make a claim and hope I don’t need to but other reviews say it is straightforward with them. Would be good to have multi pet discount in different policies. My two dogs have different policies Due to the age gap and their multi pet discount does not apply to this instance. Inflexible

Hi due to covid our trip to climb Kilimanjaro was delayed by 12 months. This cost another £130 to delay the insurance cover by 12 months. My three daughters who are going with me had insurance with another provider who amended their cover period at no extra cost. It was still cheaper for me to pay the excess else I would have only had a 50% refund for cover I never had. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
