Very quick, professional and friendly

I have been insured with Pet Emporium for the last 3 years. The website portal is easy to use, price is very competitive, and staff are handy when you need to speak to someone. In the last 3 years, I had never had to claim, however this year, I needed to due to an accident. The Help desker help was super nice, empathic, and needed knew how to handle my query. When the claim was processed, it was dealt with super quick, and I was updated along with the progress. I can't recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020
