Easy as phoning a friend

Always friendly staff to talk to on the phone. Nothing is too much trouble and everything clearly explained. They give the impression that I’m the most important person in the world, that there is no sense of rush and when all is done one feels like I’ve been chatting to a good friend. Easy to arrange insurance.

Taking out the insurance was easy and no fuss. I made a claim after my vehicle had been damaged while parked at a beauty spot. Nothing seems too much trouble when you phone and need help. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020
