Cycle Insurance Experts

I've had the unfortunate need to require their assistance on a couple of occasions now. Both times the team have been first class. The fact that the person you are dealing with is a cycling enthusiast makes the process so much simpler. The issues are instantly understood, the right questions are asked and valuable advice is provided. To boot, everyone I've spoken to has been a pleasure to deal with. I wish other insurance firms were like this.

I simply cannot fault the team at Yellow Jersey. I’ve had the unfortunate need to make two claims but the process was quick and efficient with great communication at all times. The major difference I find is that everyone you speak to is a keen cyclist so knows what you’re going through, can appreciate the situation and reduces the friction compared to dealing with a generic claims handler. I’ve recommended them to anyone who rides a bike and will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

Exceptional customer service and just as importantly, knowledge and experience of cycling.
