Easy, sensible, speedy resolution of claims

My son damaged his road bike when he hit a pothole. Yellow Jersey took a prompt and pro-active approach to the repair/replacement of his damaged bike parts so he was able to get back racing as quickly as possible. I especially liked Yellow Jersey's ethos of promoting cycling in general as they suggested that, instead of returning to them the undamaged bike parts that were being replaced, we donate them to my son's cycling club instead.
