Overall great

Overall I find onecall good value for money and have been with them a number of years. Being a platinum member, the only thing I would like to change and stopped me from giving full stars is that it’s not as easy to change things like address or add a additional driver as it is for a normal customer - every time I’ve had to do this I’ve been unable to use the online chat as only the platinum team can service it.
