Great price, great customer service

I received my renewal price which was competitive but I’d found it a little cheaper elsewhere, gave a ring and it was sorted in minutes - no long spiel, no trying to sell me something I didn’t need - just good service - I even took to Twitter because I was so impressed - made a real nice change to have an easy process resulting in a great price. Great Value Flexibility

I have been with this company for my car insurance for a number of years - I am a savvy shopper and shop around each year for deals but one Call have been consistently cheapest with a product that would allow me to cancel at any time without penalty should circumstances change.
