What customer service?

Tried to contact onecall insurance for a change of vehicle and to add a driver, first of all I find the phone lines are not working due to Covid 19, at a time when everybody else has if not a full service then at least managed to resume some sort of normality to their business. So tried to use the "portal" as it claimed using the online chat could incurr a £39.00 charge for changing policy details but no such luck as it refused to give me a quote. So I had to use the online chat, fearing a £39.00 charge, but that was ok because I got told they wouldn't insure the car I was trying to swap my insurance over to, no explanation or reason, just that it refused to return a quote. So I asked for my insurance to be cancelled and a proof of my no claims bonus to be forwarded to myself, I was told that she couldn't do that and I would have to close that chat down and open up a new Platinum chat because I'm a Platinum customer, so going back to the main menu I found that all options were available except the Platinum chat service that stated unavailable and when I clicked on it was told this was due to the high volume of customers wanting to use it and to try again later, I did try again later but to no availe. So now having found another company to insure my new car I'm still trying to cancel my old policy with onecall for my old car that is on it's way to the scrap yard due to the gearbox giving up on me.
