Excellent Customer Service

I've been with One Call Insurance for a number of years now and every time I've had an enquiry (which are far and few) the call operators have treated me with respect and dealt with it a professional manner and with a happy attitude towards me. Nothing is to difficult for them to deal with and when finished with my enquiry they always ask me to have a good day with a cheery manner. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022

Excellent Customer Service

I have no complaints about One Call as every time I ring up with a query about my policy I'm greeted by a cheerful customer service person who has no problems in dealing with my inquiry. I have recommended various friends and colleagues to use this company. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
