Top class customer care

We found ourselves with a mechanical emergency whilst driving home through Germany on a Sunday. The help and care provided by the insurance agents was fabulous. They organised emergency roadside assistance, were on hand to help with translation, (including out of hours), contacted the local Fiat garage, ensured the case was picked up by a colleague the following day, made follow up calls to us throughout our continued journey home to ensure the problem was being sorted & checking we would not need help reorganising our euroshuttle booking, and just generally made us feel valued and confident we would get home to the uk in one piece.
